Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled 24 hours or more prior to the appointment. There will be a $100 for any late cancellations for appointments less than 24 hours before an appointment. This fee can be avoided as long as a new appointment is made immediately (same day) and is scheduled within 2 weeks. The patient will be charged this fee automatically if there are greater than three late cancellations (less than 24 hours) regardless of rescheduling.
